Outer Banks foreclosures

Been a while now hubby and I discussed about getting a new house. He preferred to build one but I insist to just have Outer Banks foreclosures somewhere around here or perhaps in NC. I know NC is been a good place for us when it comes to a good living. And aside from that, NC is place that i kinda like to live because of the beaches and not really a cold place during winter. Hubby started planning about it though. Next few years, we might stick to it.
