Blackheads and Pimples cure

My younger sister is in her teenage year and one thing that we noticed is her face is getting sensitive. She is now getting pimples and blackheads all over. I don't want her to experience the problem that i was dealing back when i was in my teenage years. The pimples and blackheads in my face was embarrassing and very annoying. It loses my confidence. I hardly ever go outside because i don't want my friends make fun of me. Now that my sister has them, i want to know the real solution of how to get rid of blackheads as well as pimples. Is there any possible treatment for blackheads and pimples of an 14yr old?
