Diet plan

I am currently trying to lose weight because i want to get back in the shape where the majority of my clothes fit-in specially jeans, shorts and trousers. I'm like a size 8 now and i want to go down to six, however losing weight is very difficult. It seems like it so much easier to gain weight than to lose it. All those delicious foods are just too tempting to me. Husband is constantly telling me to hit to the gym or do an exercise with my stability ball but i just don't like it. My only diet plan right now is to start eating healthy. I also try cutting sodas and bottled fruit juices and I even avoided of going to the fast food. I don't know if the weight loss products that i took is beneficial to my diet. I guess we just have to wait and see.
