Adult eczema treatment

I've seen couple of kids as well as adults with bad eczema. I don't know how they handle it but aside from the fact that they look horrible to me, i'm sure they are badly affecting their skin too. One of my friend have that issue and she even consistently went to the doctor to have it checked. The doctor gave her prescription adult eczema treatment and sometimes she complain about the product they gave is not even worked at her skin. Her skin is really sensitive in fact, if she uses different bar soap, her eczema will get worst. I know having them is miserable, the redness, flaky and itchyness is something that i really can't handle. I hope she gets better though.
