Eczema remedy

One of my friend's baby is having a problem of eczema. She's been putting a lot of different eczema remedy but it doesn't go away. Sometimes it does but most of the time his baby suffered from it specially when colder weather comes. One time i told her to use aveeno product which she can buy it in walmart but i just don't know if she took my advice. It seems like his baby's skin right now is almost cleared up but is it maybe because its summer. For whatever reason it is, she needs to take it seriously because eczema is not easy to deal with. They are irritating, itchy and can make the skin unhealthy to look at. I sure can't handle that myself.
